ACC: Your Vote Matters This Tuesday
From the Alabama Cannabis Coalition — 2026 Endorsed Candidates
From the Alabama Cannabis Coalition
On Tuesday, May 19th, Alabama voters will head to the polls for the 2026 Primary Election. This is one of the most important elections in determining the future direction of our state.
Primary elections are where candidates are chosen before the general election. In Alabama, many races are often decided during the primaries, making this election especially important for voters who want their voices heard and their values represented.
The Alabama Cannabis Coalition believes voters deserve leaders who support compassionate policy, patient access, responsible reform, and forward-thinking legislation that benefits the people of Alabama.
Too often, primary elections see low voter turnout. Many people overlook them, despite the major role they play in deciding who will ultimately hold office and shape policy across our state.
Don’t waste your vote.
Voting in the primary election gives you the opportunity to help choose candidates who align with your values and vision for Alabama’s future. Whether the issue is medical cannabis access, criminal justice reform, veterans’ healthcare, agriculture, economic opportunity, or personal freedom, these elections matter.
Below is a list of candidates endorsed by the Alabama Cannabis Coalition for the 2026 Alabama Primary Election. These endorsements reflect candidates who have demonstrated support for sensible cannabis policy and a better future for Alabama communities.
