Akin to Deliver Water, Hold Town Hall Sept 27
CD-7 candidate Ammie Akin will deliver bottled water to Marion, AL, hold Town Hall Sunday afternoon
Alabama Congressional District 7 Republican nominee Ammie Akin will be in Marion Sunday afternoon, September 27 to deliver a large box truck of gallon water jugs to area residents. Marion residents have been in the news recently due to significant issues with their city’s water system, and the 2500+ gallons Akin plans to deliver are intended to provide immediate assistance with that issue.
The water distribution will begin at 2:00 PM at Berean Missionary Baptist Church, 804 Washington St., Marion, AL 36756.
Following the water distribution, Akin will hold a Town Hall meeting at 4:00 PM at Harris Technology Hub, 401 Washington St., Marion, AL 36756.
