Alabama Cannabis Coalition Endorses Chad Moore for Mayor of Marion, AL
Moore wants to be “A Mayor for All on Day 1”
The Alabama Cannabis Coalition (ACC) has endorsed Chad Moore for Mayor of Marion, Alabama. The election will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
In their endorsement statement, the ACC said:
“The Alabama Cannabis Coalition is so proud to announce that we have endorsed Chad Moore for Mayor of Marion AL, Perry County for the AL 2025 Municipal Election.
“Chad has expressed his anti-prohibitionist stance in ways that we could not be prouder. He is also serving as an EMT in his community.”
Moore expressed his thanks for the endorsement, saying, "I proudly stand with the Alabama Cannabis Coalition in your mission to advocate for cannabis reform, justice for nonviolent offenders, and access to responsible medical and adult-use cannabis laws in our state."
Moore, a life-long resident of Marion who currently works as an Emergency Medical Technician and first responder, is running on a platform of revitalizing infrastructure, increasing public safety, increased fiscal responsibility and transparency, and supporting local jobs.
