Alabama Cannabis Coalition Issues Final Endorsements in Birmingham, Other Municipal Races
Municipal Elections will be held across the State on August 26
The Alabama Cannabis Coalition has issued a list of their endorsements in the upcoming August 26 municipal elections.
ACC Founder and President H Marty Schelper told ALPolitics.com that “We do not issue blanket endorsements.” Every candidate below has been vetted on their record and current position on the issues, regardless of party affiliation.
The endorsements are:
Randall Woodfin - Mayor of Birmingham
Portia Shepherd - Mayor of Uniontown AL
Keith O. Williams - Birmingham City Council, District 6
Chad Moore - Mayor of Marion AL
Jimmy McCray - Mayor of Dothan
Brian Gunn - Birmingham City Council, District 4
Lonnie Malone - Birmingham City Council, District 7
Richard Franklin - Birmingham City Council, District 9
Eric Hall - Birmingham School Board, District 9
Pamela Bass - Birmingham School Board, District 8
Wanda Wright - Center Point City Council, District 5
