Conservative Heavyweight Jim Jordan Endorses Barry Moore for U.S. Senate
“Barry Moore is a tested conservative champion." - Chairman Jim Jordan

In a major boost to his campaign, Congressman Barry Moore (R-AL) has secured the endorsement of conservative firebrand Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) for his U.S. Senate bid. Jordan, the founding Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus and a staunch ally of President Donald Trump, announced his support today, praising Moore as a “tested conservative champion” who will advance the Trump agenda and stand firm against the Radical Left.
“Barry Moore is a tested conservative champion,” Jordan said in a statement. “He will fight for our principles, help accomplish the Trump agenda, and keep our Nation strong. Barry is just the type of leader we need in the Senate to stand up against the Radical Left.”
Moore, a Coffee County native and member of the House Freedom Caucus, expressed gratitude for Jordan’s backing. “I’m honored to have Jim Jordan’s support,” Moore said. “For years, he has been one of my closest allies and our conservative rock in the U.S. House. He always stands up for what’s right, he’s not a weathervane politician, and he knows I’m not either. I look forward to continuing to work with him to achieve President Trump’s MAGA Agenda in the Senate.”
Moore’s conservative credentials are well-established. Elected to the U.S. House in 2020, he has been rated Alabama’s most conservative member by the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and the state’s most effective legislator by the Center for Legislative Excellence. A small-business owner and Alabama National Guard Reserves veteran, Moore was the first elected official in the nation to endorse Donald Trump for President in 2015. In Congress, he has championed farmers, veterans, and small businesses while opposing Biden’s Justice Department, border policies, and progressive social initiatives.
Born and raised in Coffee County, Moore founded BMI, Inc., a waste removal and demolition company, with his wife Heather after graduating from Auburn University. The couple has four children, two grandchildren, and resides in Coffee County with their two dogs.
Jordan, first elected to the House in 2006, is a leading conservative voice in Congress. As the founding Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, established in 2015, he has consistently pushed Republican leadership to uphold conservative values and has been one of President Trump’s strongest supporters.
Moore’s campaign for Senate emphasizes his unwavering commitment to conservative principles and his track record of fighting for Alabama’s interests. With Jordan’s endorsement, Moore solidifies his position as a frontrunner for conservatives in the race.
