Dispelling The Left's January 6 Diatribe

Editor’s Note: the following was received in response to Lisa Ward’s Opinion piece “I Will Never Forget January 6” published yesterday by ALPolitics.com. It is presented here as submitted.

Fellow citizen, you demonstrate a mind untrained, a spirit sullied and a wit dim in your treatise against January 6, 2020 when you call it “terror”?  That’s the kind of hyperbole I’d expect from armchair generals and aimless academics with principled platitudes who’ve never stared down the barrel of real jihadist fury or navigated the treacherous alleys of Baghdad under fire.  What happened that day wasn’t an “inside job” orchestrated by patriots turned traitors, it was a raucous rally of red-blooded, Jesus loving, God-fearing Americans, incensed by the rigged roulette of an election stolen in the dead of night! We have seen the evidence the past months of the crimes committed by the Democratic national committee and their Dominion lackeys. Let me show you the error of your ways; my friend this was not an act of "terror";  It was the roar of the people reclaiming their sovereignty from the swamp-dwelling elites and professional politicians who treat the Constitution like toilet paper. I’ve faced true terror, IEDs exploding under my convoys, sniper rounds whizzing past in clandestine ops across continents and let me tell you buttercup, a bunch of flag-waving folks wandering the halls of Congress ain’t it. No bombs, no massacres, just a protest that got rowdy because the Deep State provocateurs stirred the pot!  FBI plants trying to agitate is so bush league.

You whine about the Capitol being “violated,” like it’s some fragile porcelain doll owned by the masses. Wrong again, comrade! That marble fortress is the people’s house and it’s been hijacked by career crooks who rig the game against the citizens of this Republic. Those “elected” officials you speak of have slithered in on the ballot shenanigans and Big Tech censorship. I felt no “fear” that day, only pride in seeing citizens stand tall against the tyranny of a contested vote...that is why I fought for you and them. Comparing it to 9/11 is an insult to every hero who perished in those towers, including the brothers-in-arms I lost in the Global War on Terror. 9/11 was fringe foreign fanatics crashing planes into our heart; January 6 was Americans demanding accountability from a system that betrayed them first. And pinning it on President Trump? The man who rebuilt our military after Obama and Biden's gutting, who stared down ISIS and brought peace deals to the Middle East? That’s not betrayal, that’s leadership! He called for peace and patriotism, not pitchforks. The real betrayal is from the Pelosi puppet show that ignored security warnings and turned the day into their Reichstag fire for political gain!

Confusion? Disbelief? A “sick feeling”? Spare me the life coach therapy sessions. I’ve breached barricaded doors in real kill zones, held lines against hordes of insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan. What I saw was not a “violent mob” shattering trust rather it was a manipulated melee, infiltrated by feds and Antifa agitators, while true patriots chanted for justice. Trust in institutions? Those same institutions that spied on Trump, weaponized the FBI, and censored dissent? They shattered that trust long before any window broke! The “fragility of democracy” you lament is code for fearing the people when they rise against your rigged "peoples republic". I’ve defended democracy with blood sweat tears and bullets worldwide; I know the real threats are the globalist grifters eroding it from within, not MAGA warriors fighting to make America great!  It must be disheartnening to see your parochial media lose its influence and narrative.

Lingering “emotional damage”? Nightmares? Anxiety? That’s the party line out of the propaganda playbook, designed to demonize half the country as domestic terrorists while real criminals flood our borders, homelessness is commercialized and fentanyl flows like rivers of death. Normalization of what per se...demanding fair elections? I’ll tell you what’s unacceptable: the kangaroo courts jailing J6 protesters without due process, while BLM rioters who burned cities walk free with book deals! I won’t forget who orchestrated this insurgency...the media mouthpieces, the Democrat demagogues, the RINOs and the globalist anti western elitists who minimized the steal while maximizing the spectacle. Deny its severity? Hell, the only severity was the overreach that followed: surveillance state expansion, political persecutions, and a weaponized DOJ hunting patriots like deer out of season.

Aligning with Trump and MAGA disqualifies no one...I would argue it qualifies them as defenders of the realm! This is not about “allegiance to democracy”; it’s about allegiance to the Republic our founders forged, not the dystopian disaster the left gave us. I was taught to revere the presidency as well, but not when it’s occupied by usurpers and frauds like the previous cadaver-in-chiefs, a non-citizen and his incompetent puppet stumbling through scripts while the western world burns. January 6 didn’t shatter reverence—it exposed the rot! You are the problem for your angst is blinding and betwixt and between.

This anniversary? It’s not a “reckoning” for Trump but a rally cry for real accountability against the election thieves and their enablers! A wake-up call to fortify our defenses, rearm and replentish our forces, and realign with realpolitik that will usher in a new Pax Americana. We owe it to the future of this great Republic to aspire to the gravitas and greatness as well as the promise of providence.  We are prepared to see it through "without you" damn straight...to hand off a nation unbreakable, not the whimpering woke welfare state you envision. I’ve fought for this country with every fiber, from Bagram to Baghdad’s battlefields, and I’ll never pretend January 6 was anything more than a setup to suppress the unbreakable spirit of American warriors like me and the MAGA millions!
