Only in politics could “Do-Nothing Doug” Jones, Alabama’s one-term fluke, crawl out of retirement and try to lecture us about rhetoric and violence. Let’s not forget — Doug didn’t get to the U.S. Senate because Alabama wanted him. He slipped in on a fluke, when Democrats pumped millions of dollars from Hollywood and New York into our state. They bought him one term, and the minute Alabama got its say, we sent him home — courtesy of Coach Tommy Tuberville, who beat him like a drum in one of the biggest landslides this state has ever seen.

Now Doug has the gall to compare the cold-blooded assassination of Charlie Kirk—a true patriot who inspired millions of young people to love our country—to the 1972 shooting of George Wallace. That’s disgraceful. George Wallace was a divisive Democrat who stood in the School House Door. Charlie Kirk was a conservative fighter who stood for faith, family, and freedom. To even mention them in the same sentence shows you how twisted Doug’s worldview really is.

Doug claims “hateful rhetoric leads to violent acts.” Really, Doug? Where was that sermon when left-wing mobs were burning Birmingham during the BLM riots? Where was it when Antifa thugs attacked police officers? Where was it when Joe Biden — the worst president in American history — called all of us “MAGA Republicans” a threat to democracy? You didn’t say a word. Because .

And then he tries to act sad, saying he was “sickened” by Charlie’s murder. Forgive me, but Alabama isn’t buying it. Doug never cared about Charlie Kirk or free speech. He spent his two years in Washington voting with Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi every single time. He didn’t represent Alabama. He represented the D.C. swamp.

Then he dusts off one of his favorite lines: “Words have consequences. Once the genie’s out of the bottle…” Give me a break. The genie was out of the bottle when Democrats compared President Trump to Hitler, when they called ordinary church-going Alabamians racists, and when they spent four years screaming about Russia stealing the election. That poison came from your side, Doug. But you were silent.

And here’s the kicker: Doug called Charlie’s assassination “an attack on democracy.” These days, Democrats think everything is an attack on democracy. Auburn beats Alabama? Attack on democracy. Buc-ee’s runs out of brisket sandwiches? Attack on democracy. The truth is simple: Charlie Kirk was assassinated because he stood tall as a conservative voice for America. That’s what the left can’t stand.

Meanwhile, President Donald J. Trump is the one actually defending free speech, faith, and freedom. Just last week he told the nation that prayer will once again be protected in our schools. He’s the one standing up for Judeo-Christian values, protecting our children, and fighting every day for Alabama families. While Do-Nothing Doug whines on CNN, President Trump delivers real victories for the people.

Alabama knows the truth. Doug Jones was a mistake — a pawn of the Washington swamp who embarrassed our state until Coach Tuberville sent him packing. We’ll never let him rewrite history, and we’ll never let him insult the memory of Charlie Kirk.

So, here’s my message to Do-Nothing Doug: stop grandstanding, stop insulting conservatives, and stop pretending you ever represented Alabama. And here’s my message to President Trump: thank you, sir, for standing strong, for protecting free speech, and for giving hope to millions of Americans that the best days of this country are still ahead.
