Doug Jones to Present ‘Doug v. Tommy’ at Carver Theatre
Wednesday night event in Birmingham will focus on Tuberville’s record and Jones’ plans for Alabama
Alabama Democratic gubernatorial nominee Doug Jones will present “Doug v. Tommy: Prosecuting the Case for Alabama” on Wednesday, October 21, at the Carver Theatre for the Performing Arts in Birmingham.
The event will begin at 6:00 PM at the Theatre, 1631 4th Ave. N., Birmingham, AL 35203.
According to the Doug for Alabama event listing, the former U.S. Senator and U.S. Attorney will use Tommy Tuberville’s own words to make his case against his Republican rival in the race for Governor.
The Jones campaign says the program comes in response to Tuberville’s refusal to debate. Jones will also discuss what is at stake in the election and his plans for Alabama.
