Focus on America September Meeting: Healthy Eating That Tastes Good on Sept. 20

Focus on America’s September meeting will be this Saturday, September 20 at The Livin’ Room, 2820 Governors Drive Southwest, Huntsville, AL 35805.

The meeting will begin at 11:00 AM and conclude at 1:00 PM.

Rebecca Rogers will be the featured presenter, and will be sharing valuable tips for healthy eating that actually tastes good! Participants will learn how to read labels and find ways to make it through the holidays while maintaining healthy habits. 

The meeting is free and open to the public. No preregistration is required.
