Focus on America to Host “Island of Misfit Politics” Mixer May 1
Friday evening family-friendly event is for those interested in local politics, but without a political home
Focus on America will be hosting an “Island of Misfit Politics” Mixer on Friday, May 1 at Field Day, 6123 University Dr. NW., unit 110, Huntsville, Alabama, 35806.
The event will run from 6:00 PM — 9:00 PM, and is a family-friendly event with food, games and the chance to meet and make new friends.
The Mixer is intended for those “stuck in the middle with no political home”—a position many Alabamians currently find themselves in. This is an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded people and discuss ways to become involved in local politics, even if only in a small way.
A $15 food/drink voucher will be given to the first 30 guests to arrive, as well as 20% off all inside games for all Focus on America guests.
There will be a raffle to enter to win one of 3 $30 gift cards to Field Day.
