Health Freedom Alabama PAC Releases Final Endorsements
Candidates were evaluated on their commitment to health freedom, parental rights, medical liberty, informed consent, government accountability
Health Freedom Alabama PAC, the political action arm of Health Freedom Alabama, has released their final endorsements in the May 19 primary election.
In a statement accompanying the release, the group said:
“Alabama needs legislators who cannot be bought by lobbyists, out of state pharmaceutical interests, or political pressure.
“Courage, a strong spine, and stubborn determination are in short supply in Montgomery, but the good news is that our message has spread far and wide throughout the State House.
“More legislators are standing with us.
“Even more candidates are stepping up to serve.
“That is why we have been hard at work identifying candidates who are willing to take a strong stand on health freedom, parental rights, medical liberty, informed consent, and government accountability.
“That work has included a coordinated mail campaign, candidate vetting, survey reviews, interviews, and analyzing records for those who have already served.
“The Health Freedom Alabama PAC has endorsed a record number of candidates this cycle, and we did not make it easy for them.
“Our candidate survey included eight pages of questions, several essay questions, and lengthy interviews. Candidates went on the record in very strong ways, and for those with a history in office, their voting record was also carefully considered.”

Health Freedom Alabama was formed during the 2021 legislative session, when a grassroots coalition pushed to ban vaccine passports in Alabama. That effort led to passage of SB267, which was signed into law on May 24, 2021.
Since then, the group has focused on protecting parental rights and medical choice in Alabama. HFA works to educate and equip citizens while partnering with Dtate lawmakers to defend what it calls fundamental health freedoms. Citing the State motto, “We Dare Defend Our Rights,” the organization says it remains active in the legislative process and committed to guarding against government-mandated medical policies.
