Hudson Campaign Reports $1.5M Raised In Senate Bid
Former Navy SEAL touts early fundraising strength as Alabama primary nears in closely watched GOP Senate race
Republican U.S. Senate candidate Jared Hudson says his campaign has raised more than $1.5 million since January, pointing to early financial support as a sign of growing momentum ahead of Alabama’s May 19 primary.
The total includes funds raised by Hudson’s campaign and affiliated groups. The former U.S. Navy SEAL is one of several Republicans competing for the nomination in a race that is drawing increased Statewide attention.
“I’m grateful for the support that we have received all over our great state, it is truly a testament to the people of Alabama,” Hudson said. “Since the beginning, our campaign has been about ‘We the People,’ putting Alabama First, and standing up for our conservative Christian values. In the Navy SEALs, I took an oath to defend the constitution, I kept it, and I am going to Washington to remind the political establishment that they took one too.”

Hudson has based his campaign on his military service and conservative platform, emphasizing faith, family, and public safety. A self-described born-again Christian, he is a husband and father of three.
After enlisting in the U.S. Navy, Hudson completed SEAL training and served multiple combat deployments before being medically discharged. He later worked in law enforcement and as a small business owner.
Hudson is also the founder of Covenant Rescue Group, a nonprofit that trains law enforcement agencies to combat human trafficking, with a focus on crimes involving children.
