Jared Hudson Issues Statement on Election Results

Birmingham, AL — Family man, Navy SEAL, and U.S. Senate candidate Jared Hudson released the following statement on tonight’s U.S. Senate reults:

“Every time I look at my beautiful family, I’m reminded that tough battles are always worth fighting. This battle did not go our way, but there will be more. This wonderful country deserves our best effort, and it has been my honor to join with so many to give it a shot. I want to sincerely thank every single person who helped us. We visited every county in Alabama twice and we spoke with countless patriots who love this place. Thank you to my wife and my girls. You are the people who drive me every day. Alabama first — and always.”

Editor’s note: with 66/67 Counties reporting, Hudson received ~44% of Tuesday’s runoff vote, to Barry Moore’s ~56%. This was Hudson’s first time seeking elected office.
