Former Navy SEAL sniper, Jared Hudson, has released the first TV advertisement of his Alabama Senate campaign. The spot, “Grace,” revisits a close call involving former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, one year ago this Sunday. By highlighting divine intervention, the ad marks a significant milestone—it’s the first political ad of the race for Alabama’s open Senate seat.

In the ad, Hudson draws on his experience as a sniper in combat zones, emphasizing precision and resilience. "As a Navy SEAL Sniper, I made shots from 1,000 yards away in combat zones," he says, "so I know there is only one possible way President Trump walked away from that bullet… that is by the grace of God. God was not finished with Donald J. Trump and He is not finished with the United States of America."

Hudson went on to contrast his commitment with what he termed “weak politicians.” "President Trump took a bullet for this country. Meanwhile weak politicians won’t even take a tough vote," he said. He positioned himself as part of a rising generation of conservatives ready to fight for Trump’s vision and pledged, "I will be that warrior. I have done it before on the battlefield overseas, and I am ready to do it again as Alabama’s next United States Senator."

Hudson officially declared his candidacy in late May, branding himself as a Christian conservative aligned with Trump’s America First agenda. In that announcement, he also praised Senator Tommy Tuberville—a fellow outsider—for being “a straight shooter” and vowed to emulate his no‑nonsense approach in Washington.

Hudson brings a reputation built on service in law enforcement and military operations, as well as nonprofit work with Covenant Rescue Group combating human trafficking. He previously ran for Sheriff in Jefferson County in 2022 but lost to Democratic incumbent Mark Pettway. Nationally, his entry adds to a field of conservative hopefuls vying to replace Tuberville, who is running for governor in 2026.

The timing of the “Grace” ad is significant. It airs ahead of the one‑year anniversary of the Butler incident, which Hudson portrays as a turning point secured by divine protection. The ad also marks his first paid media buy, demonstrating early financial backing in a fast‑moving race.

As the campaign evolves, Hudson plans to build on this narrative of faith, courage, and action. He closes the ad with a clear promise: “It is time for a new generation of conservatives who will fight just as hard as President Trump does to Make America Great Again.”
