New spot focuses on need for increased support, services for Veterans
Republican Lt. Gov. candidate Pat Bishop has released a campaign commercial highlighting his desire to improve the healthcare access, services and support Alabama provides to its Veteran population.
In the spot, “Proven Leadership. Combat Tested. Ready to Serve,” Bishop says:
“For 26 years, I fought for what’s right on the battlefield. Now, I’m ready to fight for you and our Veterans right here in Alabama.
Our Veterans have bled for this country, and they deserve more than just words—they deserve results. As your Lieutenant Governor, I will advocate for:
✅ More hospitals and healthcare access
✅ More doctors specializing in veteran care
✅ Increased support from Veteran Service Officers to get our heroes the compensation they’ve earned.
It’s time for common-sense leadership that puts the people first. Let’s take our boots to the ballot box on May 19, 2026, and make Alabama better by asking for the Bishop ballot!”
