Morgan County to Host Bipartisan Candidate Meeting May 2
Both Republican andl Democratic candidates will be in Priceville Saturday afternoon
The Morgan County Republican Party will be hosting a Meet the Candidates event on Saturday, May 2 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
The event will be held at the Priceville Event Center, 250 Marco Dr, Decatur, AL 35603.
Candidates from both major parties and all Statewide elections have been invited, with the following slated to appear as of press time:
Jeremy Oden — R, PSC Pl 1
Brent Woodall — R, PSC Pl 2
April Hall — R, Morgan County Revenue Commissioner
Glenda Jackson — R, Sec of State
Pat Bishop — R, Lt. Governor
Dr. Nicole Jones Wadsworth — R, Lt. Governor
John Wahl — R, Lt. Governor
Dr. Dale Deas, Jr. — R, U.S. Senate
Jeremy Devito — D, AL-05
Candice Duveilh — D, AL-05
Dakari Larriet — D, U.S. Senate
Dr. Will Boyd — D, Governor
More candidates are expected to confirm their participation over the next few days.
All interested persons are invited to come and meet the candidates and hear their visions for Alabama’s future.
The meeting is free and open to the public, and no preregistration is required.
