National Organization of Black County Officials (NOBCO) Economic Development Conference Begins at Ross Bridge
39th annual conference runs May 28–June 1 in Birmingham

The 39th Annual National Organization of Black County Officials (NOBCO) Economic Development Conference commenced today at the Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa in Jefferson County, Alabama. The event, running from May 28 through June 1, 2025, brings together County officials, policymakers, and community leaders from across the nation to discuss strategies for economic growth and community development.
Hosted by NOBCO, the conference provides education, training, and a platform for sharing best practices in government. Attendees will engage in a series of workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities facing counties today.
