MONTGOMERY (Oct. 19. 2026) – The NFIB Alabama PAC announced today that it has endorsed 111 candidates for the state legislature, citing their strong support for small businesses.
The political action committee, made up of NFIB members from across Alabama, endorsed 30 candidates for the state Senate and 81 for the House of Representatives. The PAC bases its endorsements on candidates’ positions and voting records on key small business issues.
“Small business owners need lawmakers who understand how decisions in Montgomery affect their ability to pay the bills, hire workers, and grow,” NFIB State Director Rosemary Elebash said. “These candidates understand the challenges facing Main Street. We believe they will support policies that help small businesses succeed and create jobs in communities across Alabama.”
The NFIB Alabama PAC’s endorsements carry weight in these races. Small business owners and their employees vote in high numbers. They also encourage friends, family members, and neighbors to go to the polls.
