North Jefferson Republican Patriots to Meet October 16
Local Vietnam Veterans will be honored at “War Stories” meeting
The North Jefferson Republican Patriots will be having their monthly meeting this Thursday, October 16, 2025 at the Gardendale Civic Center in Gardendale, Alabama.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM CST.
Everyone is invited to join the group as they honor local Vietnam Veterans. DuWain Brundage, President of VVA Chapter 1155 (Gardendale), will be speaking, as well as Terry Richmond, Ron Armstrong, and others as they share miraculous and amazing brief snippets of their Vietnam wartime experiences.
For too long, Vietnam Vets have been ignored or worse. For those who attend, this will be an excellent opportunity to help remember and honor their service.
Bryan Knox, Vietnam Veteran, will sing the National Anthem. Ron Armstrong, Vietnam Veteran, will lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Pastor Chris Weide, Director of North Jefferson Baptist Association, will give the invocation.
Also, to follow-up from their last meeting, the Regional Director of TPUSA has been invited to give an update.
The meeting is free and open to the public, and no pre-registration is required.
