BIRMINGHAM, AL—Oxford Police Chief and Director of Public Safety Bill Partridge has officially endorsed former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Jay Mitchell for Attorney General.
Chief Partridge, who is a 36-year veteran of law enforcement and has led the Oxford Police Department since 2007, is widely credited with transforming it into one of the most advanced, collaborative, and community-focused departments in the Southeast. Under his leadership, Oxford PD has implemented cutting-edge technology; fostered partnership among local, state, and federal agencies; and become a model for critical response training across Alabama.
