President Trump Calls on Alabama Voters to Get Out and Vote for John Wahl

ATHENS, AL — President Donald J. Trump issued a powerful call to action today, urging Alabama voters to get out and vote for John Wahl for Lieutenant Governor in Tuesday’s Republican Primary Election.

President Trump made his message clear:

“GET OUT AND VOTE FOR JOHN — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!”

The statement comes as President Trump once again reaffirmed his Complete and Total Endorsement of John Wahl, calling him the “Highly Respected former Chairman of the Alabama GOP” and praising Wahl for standing with the America First movement from the very beginning.

President Trump also said Wahl will fight to grow the economy, cut taxes and regulations, support farmers, secure the border, stop migrant crime, defend law and order, safeguard elections, and protect the Second Amendment.

John Wahl said President Trump’s continued support is a tremendous honor and a powerful reminder of what is at stake in Tuesday’s election.

“President Trump has always fought for the forgotten men and women of this country, and I am honored to have his Complete and Total Endorsement,” Wahl said. “Alabama needs a Lieutenant Governor who will stand with President Trump, cut taxes, protect our children, defend our God-given rights, secure our elections, and never back down to the radical left or the Montgomery establishment.”

The endorsement comes just one day before voters head to the polls in Alabama’s Republican Primary Election.

“This race is about whether Alabama sends another career politician to Montgomery or elects a conservative outsider who will fight for the people,” Wahl continued. “I am  a Christian conservative, a farmer, a small businessman, and a proud supporter of the American Dream. As Lieutenant Governor, I will fight every single day for Alabama families.”

President Trump’s renewed endorsement gives Alabama voters a clear choice in the Lieutenant Governor’s race: stand with President Trump and vote John Wahl.

Election Day is Tuesday, May 19. Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
