Trump bails out UAE while Alabama families struggle

Let's talk about who Donald Trump actually serves, because it sure as hell ain’t us.

Yes, you read that right.

The Trump administration is considering a bailout for the United Arab Emirates over economic losses from the Iran war. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent met with UAE officials last week to discuss providing financial relief — potentiallybillions of dollars — to help their economy if it takes a bigger hit.

Meanwhile, Alabama farmers can't afford fertilizer. Gas prices are spiking and working families are being told to "drive less." The economy is failing and American service members are dying in an unauthorized war. But Trump's ready to bail out the UAE at the drop of a hat.

Why? Follow the money.

The UAE invested $2 billion into Trump's sons' cryptocurrency venture — right when Trump lifted export restrictions on computer chips. The Trump Organization is building a luxury hotel in Dubai. Jared Kushner took in $200 million from the UAE's sovereign wealth fund in 2023. Then another $1.5 billion in 2024.

This is corruption in broad daylight!

Trump starts a war that devastates global markets, his family gets billions from the UAE, and now he's ready to use taxpayer dollars to bail them out while telling everyone else they're "on their own."

Alabama families are struggling with rising costs. Farmers can't afford supplies. Working people are getting crushed. But the UAE — which just gave Trump's family billions — gets a bailout the moment they ask for one.

And Alabama Republicans? Radio silence. Not a word of outrage. Not a peep of concern. Nothing.

Color us shocked that the cowards in the Alabama Republican Party can’t find their spine long enough to call out this BRAZEN corruption.

This is MAGA “governance” in a nutshell: Billionaires and foreign governments that pay Trump get bailouts. Alabama working families get told to figure it out themselves.

Trump and his family are getting rich off the presidency while you're paying more for gas and groceries. The UAE gets billions in potential bailouts while Alabama farmers can't afford fertilizer. And Alabama Republicans think that's just fine.

We don’t. And in November we’re going to do something about it.
