Tuberville, Jones Dominate Respective Party’s Fundraising
Tuberville raised 10X more than Jones in November, others lag far behind
In the fundraising battle to be Alabama’s next Governor, it’s Tommy Tuberville, then Doug Jones, then…everybody else.
Tuberville easily outpaced all others in November, raising $1,147,607, for a total since launching his campaign in May of nearly $9 million.
"Thanks to support from hardworking Alabamians, Coach Tuberville raised $1.14 million for his gubernatorial campaign in November," said Jordan Doufexis, Chairman of Coach's campaign. "Since launching his campaign in May, Coach Tuberville has raised nearly $9 million and still hasn't taken a dime of PAC money. He looks forward to seeing what kind of 'support' Comrade Doug Jones managed to drum up from woke, out-of-state, Alex Soros-backed super PACs."
According to the Alabama Secretary of State’s office, Tuberville had a total receipts & contributions of $8,899,487.86 and cash on hand of $6,782,792.64 as of the most recent filings.
In comparison, Republican Ken McFeeters’ filings showed receipts of $20,000 and cash in hand of $17,663.46
On the Democratic side, former Senator Doug Jones—who only recently formally launched his campaign—had receipts of $105.461.38, and cash on hand of $105.461.38.
