UPDATE: Republican Club of Central Alabama to Meet Jan 13
Morgan Murphy, Hampton Harris, Brent Woodall to speak
The Republican Club of Central Alabama will have their monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at Sinclair‘s East, 7847 Vaughn Rd. in Montgomery. The meeting will begin at 6:00 PM.
Speaking will be U.S. Senate candidate Morgan Murphy and Public Service Commission candidate Brent Woodall.
Also speaking will be Hampton Harris, who has recently qualified to run for Congress in Alabama’s 2nd District. Harris grew up in Pike Road, and is an attorney and owner of a real estate brokerage in Montgomery. He is married to Abbi, an attorney in the US Air Force. Harris describes himself as a strong Christian conservative who is confident the 2nd district will be won by a Republican.
The meeting is free to attend and open to the public. No preregistration is required. Sinclair’s usual menu will be available for order, and participants are encouraged to gather at 5:30 to eat.
