Wes Allen has announced that Brilyn Hollyhand will be joining his campaign for Lt. Governor as Statewide Youth Coordinator. Hollyhand is the Chair of the Republican National Committee’s Youth Advisory Council, a podcast host, and bestselling author.

Hollyhand will work in the campaign to energize young conservatives across Alabama, mobilize campus coalitions, and build a State-level movement touting Allen’s record as a reliable, conservative Republican leader.

Allen praised his new addition, saying, “He is an enthusiastic, intelligent and experienced conservative who loves our nation and our state. He is a fantastic leader in the conservative Republican movement and he will be a valuable asset to this campaign.”

A familiar face on national platforms like Fox News, ABC News and Newsmax, Hollyhand also hosts The Brilyn Hollyhand Show and penned One Generation Away: Why Now is the Time to Restore American Freedom, which debuted at #2 on Amazon’s bestseller list.

“Gen Z is tired of being lectured about why bigger government is our only future,” Hollyhand said. “We’re ready to fight for freedom, opportunity, and the Alabama values we were raised on—and I’m thrilled to help Wes Allen turn that energy into action statewide.”

A native of Tuscaloosa, Hollyhand is set to begin studies at Auburn University this fall.

Wes Allen currently serves as Alabama’s Secretary of State. He has chosen not to seek a second term in that office, but is a candidate for Lt. Governor in the Republican primary on May 19, 2026. For more information on his campaign, visit WesAllenforAlabama.com.
