BCA Announces 2026 Judicial Endorsements

The Business Council of Alabama (BCA), through its political action committee ProgressPAC, has announced endorsements six Statewide judicial candidates running for election/reelection in 2026.  The candidates are:

  • Brad Mendheim — Alabama Supreme Court, Place 7
  • Greg Shaw — Alabama Supreme Court, Place 8
  • Mary Windom — Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 4
  • Beth Kellum — Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 5
  • Ben Bowden — Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, Place 4
  • Matt Fridy — Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, Place 5
