From the Alabama Federation of Republican Women
BIRMINGHAM, AL — The Alabama Federation of Republican Women (AFRW) is celebrating an exciting season of growth and momentum following its Biennial Convention in Birmingham this past weekend, where delegates from across the state gathered to hear from conservative leaders, conduct official business, and elect the organization’s 2026–2027 Executive Officers.
Tiffany Noel of Huntsville was re-elected to serve another term as President of the Alabama Federation of Republican Women. Under Noel’s leadership, AFRW has experienced unprecedented expansion, becoming the fastest-growing State Federation in the nation over the past two years. This remarkable progress was recognized with a National Excellence Award for Membership Growth at the National Federation of Republican Women Convention in Orlando.
Today, AFRW includes more than 2,000 members and 41 active clubs statewide—with additional clubs organizing for charter.
Following their election, the officers were formally sworn in by Alabama Supreme Court Justice Kelli Wise, a longtime supporter of AFRW and a respected leader in Alabama’s judicial community.
“We are building something strong and enduring in Alabama,” Noel said. “Our members are leaders in their communities, their churches, their careers, and their families. They are bold, prepared, and committed to preserving the values that make our state strong. The energy among Republican women in Alabama is real — and we’re just getting started.”
