Eagle Forum To Host ‘Legislature 101’ Information/Training Session
Free course will be Thursday, April 17 in the Alabama State House

Eagle Forum of Alabama will be hosting “Legislature 101” from 2:00 PM until 3:30 PM on Thursday, April 17 in Room 807 of the Alabama State House, 11 S. Union Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Participants will be introduced to the legislative process including how bills become laws, how to effectively lobby legislators, and how to navigate ALISON, the Alabama Legislative Information System. The hosts will also discuss top issues shaping the 2025 legislative session.
The event is free of charge, and is targeted for all adults and homeschooled children in 7th and higher grades who are eager to engage in real-world civics and make a difference.
The event is intended to provide participants with tools and knowledge necessary to to influence change in Alabama through the legislative process.
No preregistration is necessary.
