FAIRHOPE, Ala. — Health Freedom Alabama PAC today announced its slate of endorsed candidates for the November 3rd, 2026, general election. The thirteen candidates span statewide, federal, and legislative races, and each was selected for a demonstrated commitment to medical freedom, parental rights, and informed consent.
