To my fellow Alabama voters,

I am Attorney Everett Wess, and I am honored to be the Democratic nominee for the United States Senate. I am asking for your vote on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to represent the people of the great state of Alabama in Washington, D.C.

I am a Christian, a Sunday School teacher, an attorney, and a lifelong advocate for Alabama and its future. I believe public service is not about entertainment, personal ambition, or political power. It is about serving people, protecting their rights, listening to their concerns, and delivering results.

Today, families across our country are facing difficult challenges. We are witnessing debates over immigration, families being separated, questions about constitutional rights, and growing concerns about the balance of power between citizens and their government.

Alabama needs a United States Senator who understands the law, respects the Constitution, listens to the people, and will stand up for the rights and interests of Alabamians.

I will be that Senator.

Alabama Deserves a Senator Who Shows Up

Leadership begins with listening.

During the fall of 2025, my opponent, Barry Moore left a town hall meeting while constituents were attempting to engage with him. That incident became a powerful reminder of something I believe deeply: elected officials work for the people.

As your Senator, I will show up. I will listen. I will hold town halls. I will visit communities across Alabama. And I will remain accessible to the people I represent.

I will not walk away from Alabama.

Protecting Alabama Families

Alabama families are dealing with the rising cost of everyday life.

Rural hospitals are struggling. Families are paying more for groceries, childcare, healthcare, prescription medications, rent, gasoline, and other necessities. Working Alabamians are trying to balance their household budgets while the cost of living continues to put pressure on families across our state.

These are not abstract political issues.

These are the realities facing Alabama families.

As your Senator, I will fight to make healthcare more affordable, protect rural hospitals, lower prescription drug costs, support working families, strengthen rural Alabama, protect Social Security and Medicare, and pursue policies that help Alabama families keep more of what they earn.

The Power Belongs to the People

Political decisions in Washington affect our communities, our families, and our ability to make our voices heard.

Recent debates over redistricting have once again demonstrated why citizens must remain engaged and why elected officials must be accountable to the people they serve.

We cannot change everything that has already happened.

We can decide what happens next.

The power belongs to the people.

That is why I am asking Democrats, Independent, and Republican voters to consider the experience, record of service, values, and vision of the candidates seeking to represent Alabama in the United States Senate.

Put the Best Player on the Field

In Alabama, we understand competition.

We cheer for Alabama versus Auburn. We cheer for Alabama State versus Alabama A&M. And when coaches prepare for a big game, they put the players they believe are best prepared to help their team on the field.

This election is no different.

I am asking Alabama voters to put Attorney Everett Wess on the field for Alabama.

I bring experience in technology, business, law, the courtroom, government, and community service. I understand Alabama because I have lived here, worked here, served here, and represented people here.

My commitment to Alabama is not something I discovered during an election year.

It is who I am.

Balance the Power. Protect Alabama.

When Alabama voters choose their next United States Senator, they will have an opportunity to shape the future of our state's representation in Washington.

I am running to Protect Alabama.

I am running to protect our families.

I am running to protect our rural hospitals.

I am running to protect our seniors.

I am running to protect our veterans.

I am running to protect our children.

I am running to protect our Constitution and our fundamental rights.

And I am running to make sure Alabama has a Senator who will show up, listen, work, and fight for the people of this state.

On Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Alabama voters will have the opportunity to help determine the direction of our state and our country.

I respectfully ask for your vote.

Look at my experience. Look at my record of service. Look at my commitment to Alabama. And look at my vision for our future.

Vote Attorney Everett Wess for United States Senate.

Let's Protect Alabama.

Let's put the best player on the field.

Let's put the people of Alabama first.
