Moore Tops Immigration Enforcement Scorecard
Alabama Rep. Barry Moore earns top ranking from immigration group for backing border security and enforcement measures
U.S. Representative Barry Moore (R-AL-01) has earned the top ranking on the Immigration Accountability Project’s congressional immigration scorecard, a designation tied to his record on border security and immigration enforcement legislation.
The Washington-based group evaluates members of Congress on immigration-related votes, sponsored legislation, and public leadership tied to border policy and national sovereignty issues.
Moore has closely aligned himself with President Donald Trump on immigration policy since arriving in Congress. His legislative record includes support for border wall construction, stricter asylum standards, increased deportation enforcement, and measures aimed at cartel activity and fentanyl trafficking.

The Immigration Accountability Project supports policies designed to strengthen border enforcement, reduce illegal immigration, and uphold federal immigration law.
Moore said the Trump administration demonstrated that aggressive enforcement policies can secure the southern border and restore public confidence in immigration law.
“President Trump proved that when leaders have the courage to put America first, we can secure the border and restore law and order,” said Rep. Moore. “I’m proud to stand with President Trump in delivering the strongest border security policies in modern American history. By ending the Disney fast pass system at the southern border, we have shown the American people that our nation does not have to surrender our sovereignty to Democrats open borders agenda. While the Left demonizes law enforcement and immigration officers, Republicans have stood in the gap to defend our nation, protect our communities, and uphold the rule of law.”
The Immigration Accountability Project’s member profile for Moore lists numerous immigration-related bills and votes tied to border security, deportation enforcement, asylum restrictions, and sanctuary city policies.
