Chemtrail, DHR Transparency & Due Process, Election Audit Bills Face Committee Votes Wednesday

Three bills being followed closely by ALPolitics.com face critical committee votes on Wednesday, April 2. Passage by their respective committees will keep each bill alive, while failing to pass in committee will effectively kill them in this legislative session.

House Committee members and their contact information can be found through the Alabama Legislature’s House Standing Committees page. Senate Committee members can be found at the Alabama Senate Standing Committees page.

Clicking on the appropriate committee name brings up a list of the members, which can then be clicked on to go directly to that member’s information and contact page.

Concerned Alabamians may contact the member(s) of these committees to make their opinions known prior to the committee votes. Remember, please be respectful, direct and short when communicating with our Legislators, as their time is limited.

HB248, the bill that would ban chemtrails and other forms of geo-engineering in the skies over Alabama, will be voted on by the House Economic Development and Tourism Committee.

A YES vote on HB248 advances the bill, and is a vote in favor of banning chemtrails. A NO vote kills the bill and maintains the status quo.

HB340, the DHR Transparency and Due Process Roghts Notification Act, will be voted on by the House Children and Senior Advocacy Committee.

A YES vote on HB340 advances the bill. A NO vote kills the bill and maintains the status quo.

HB30 has already passed the House, and will be voted on by the Senate Finance and Taxation General Fund Committee.

A YES vote will send the bill to the floor of the Senate for approval. A NO vote kills the bill.

Committees typically begin meeting in the morning, so waiting until Wednesday night to express an opinion is usually ineffective.
